Terms of use and purchase
These terms define the framework for using the site, digital products, the vendor marketplace and MilMit custom services. Review any product-, vendor- or project-specific terms before proceeding.
These cards do not replace the full text; they only highlight key points for quick review.
Login information is personal, and the account owner is responsible for use of the account.
Delivery and access are provided after successful payment according to that product’s terms.
For products sold by an independent vendor, that vendor’s information and stated obligations are also part of the purchase decision.
The specific product and order terms apply; no arbitrary universal deadline or guarantee is created.
By creating an account, placing an order, selling a product or using services linked to these terms, the user confirms they have reviewed the terms available at the time of use.
You must be legally able to enter the relevant transaction or use the service. If you act on behalf of another person or business, you are responsible for having the necessary authority.
Account and order information should be accurate and up to date where necessary. The account owner is responsible for protecting passwords, OTP codes, login links and connected Google or GitHub access.
MilMit may request additional verification or temporarily restrict suspicious access for security, abuse prevention or legal compliance.
Some products or services are supplied directly by MilMit and others by independent vendors. When buying from an independent vendor, the product information, store identity and that vendor’s stated obligations also matter.
Listing a product in the marketplace does not by itself transfer intellectual property ownership to the buyer or guarantee compatibility with every project.
Digital products may include source code, plugins, themes, scripts, bots, files, licenses or other software outputs. Buyers should review the information on the product page before ordering.
Check the stated system version, WordPress/WooCommerce, PHP, operating system, hosting and other prerequisites.
The applicable features are those described and shown for the product version at the time of purchase.
If a product has an independent vendor, also review that vendor’s support scope and information.
Any stated license type, installation count or usage restriction is part of that product’s terms.
The final order price and terms are those shown during checkout before payment, unless there is an obvious technical error or a service requires manual review.
A digital order enters the delivery process after successful payment is confirmed. Failed, cancelled or pending payments do not by themselves create a right to receive the product.
Enter card and banking credentials only in the official payment provider environment and never send them in a ticket or support message.
Delivery may vary by product: download link, user account, license code, service access or another method described on the product page.
If payment succeeded but access was not received, send the order number and product name through official support. Issues caused by an incorrect email or factors outside the site’s control may require manual review.
Buying a digital product generally grants usage rights under its license; it does not transfer intellectual property ownership. Republishing, reselling, public sharing or removing the rights holder’s notices is allowed only when the license explicitly permits it.
If a product has specific license terms, those terms take precedence for that product. Rights in independent-vendor content belong to the rights holder or lawful licensee.
For order-, product- or vendor-related requests, use the active support channels on the site, including MilMit Center when available.
Support does not include features outside the product description or free custom development unless explicitly stated for that order.
For digital products and services, there is no arbitrary universal refund deadline or guarantee. Cancellation or refund eligibility depends on delivery status, product nature, terms shown at purchase and applicable law.
A refund request must include the order number and a clear reason so it can be reviewed against that order’s information. If product-specific terms or a project agreement provide a more specific policy, those terms apply to that order.
Web design and custom development projects are performed according to the scope, deliverables, timeline and terms approved for that project. These general terms do not replace a project-specific scope or agreement.
Changes in requirements after work begins, third-party dependencies or requests outside the agreed scope may require a new estimate and agreement.
International purchase feasibility depends on the vendor site, product type, license, region, payment method and delivery options and is not guaranteed for every link.
The final price, license type and delivery method must be confirmed before the request is finalized. The international service or vendor’s own terms also apply to that purchase.
Software products may depend on WordPress, WooCommerce, APIs, cloud services, operating systems, hosting, networks or third-party tools. Changes to those services can affect product behavior.
Users are responsible for backups, compatibility checks and basic security before installing or modifying a production project. Where possible, test changes in a staging environment first.
MilMit may review content or products for security, legal compliance, valid reports or violations of these terms and may restrict access, publishing or account features when necessary.
This authority should not be used arbitrarily to remove lawful buyer or vendor rights; each case should be reviewed according to its circumstances.
These terms may be updated as services, marketplace structure or legal requirements change. The version published on this page is the current general terms.
Site activity and related disputes are handled within the applicable laws and regulations of the Islamic Republic of Iran. For questions about an order or these terms, first submit a request through an official contact or support channel.
A precise request with the relevant order number or account details can be reviewed faster. Do not send sensitive banking information.
